Transition Program Eligibility
Transitions carefully selects students who are motivated to succeed and will fit well in our program. Unlike many other college and career preparatory programs, Transitions is universally designed and is able to support students with accessibility needs and those who may have some medical needs. In such cases, admissions staff will confer with our medical director to determine which supports are needed.

- be a recent high school graduate up to age 27
